Pastors & Leaders' Conferences and Magazine
We found the Indian people are very warm and friendly and extremely hungry and thirsty for the things of the Lord. We felt before the Lord continue to work alongside and encourage and empower the Pastors and Leaders. This visit to India was for 23 days. The itinerary was very extensive to ensure the best use of the time and monies available. During this time we held 6 Pastors and Leaders Conferences in the following cities: Hyderabad, Srikakulam, Vishkapatnam, Palakol, Jonnada and Jangareddigudem. Each conference was for 3 days duration, and each day there were 3 sessions. We also spoke in two local Churches, and a new outreach village. In all, we preached 57 times in 23 days!
The Pastors and Leaders who came from various Christian Churches, were very thrilled and refreshed with the Word they heard. They expressed that they have never heard such a depth of word spoken before and were also so pleased with how the Lord moved by His Holy Spirit. We saw the Lord fill many hundreds of Pastors & Leaders with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking tongues. There were also physical signs and wonders as the Lord filled the conference venues with His presence, and like on the day of Pentecost, some of those who were filled began to prophesy, and then interpreted the tongue in their native Indian language.
Also during our visit, many were healed of various conditions, such as blindness, various pains, backs, legs, eye problems, heart conditions, blood pressure, tuberculosis and many other conditions. Other people also attended the conferences, and so there were also salvations. To God be the glory!
General Healing Testimonies:
Regarding healings during our visit in January 2007, many people testified that immediately following prayer, all the pain left their body. Some had suffered pain in various parts of their bodies for up to 10 years and some even more! Others during the visit to India were miraculously healed of various diseases, blindness, tuberculosis, asthma, heart conditions, stomach pains all sorts of pains, severe headaches every day for 11 years, kidney failure, paralysis of arm following a stroke, skin allergies, waist and back pains, bronchitis, swelling of legs and hands, leg pains, knee problems, all over pains etc. These photos are located on this website via each city.
THE MAGAZINE
There are billions of people who live in India. In December 2006 we launched a Free Magazine in India called Revival From Down Under which is translated from English and then printed in Telegu which is one of the Indian dialects. At present where the Lord has sent us, is to a State called Andhra Pradesh. The Magazine is free because our heart is freely we have received from the Lord, freely we give. In India many of the people are so very poor, they may never hear the TV evangelist, many do not even have electricity and even many believers do not even have a Bible. However a FREE magazine containing Gods word, salvation and healing can reach their hands and can be shared around for others to read.
The magazine contains: teachings from the word of God, principles of giving, understanding regarding communion, healing scriptures, salvation scriptures and prayer of salvation, testimonies, crusade reports, a testimony page that they can complete, and also a page where those who are able to, have an opportunity to give a freewill offering to help us reach even more people with the Truth. We are already receiving positive feedback about the magazine. Apparently there is no other magazine like it in, being so full of the Word of God, and the readers are so enjoying the depth of the Word.
We are also receiving testimonies that people are being saved and healed (one man was healed of tuberculosis),just through reading and believing the word of God written in the magazine. Hallelujah. These are people we may never meet, but God knows them. Amen. We are also believing for others around the world to support the magazine to reach the poor in India.
For the December and January editions we printed 3,000 copies, however when we visited in January we felt impressed to increase the February editions and going forward to 5,000 copies each month. It costs money to produce this magazine, but what price can you place on the salvation of ONE soul. They are PRICELESS. Besides, Jesus paid the FULL PRICE, and everything that we have in our own hands, is only what He has been able to entrust to us, and even then He is proving us all, to see what we each do with our ONE TALENT. Do we give it into His hands, and give it to His work? We need to work now while it is day for the night time is coming and is very very near.
Amazingly we now have an office in India! It is called: Revival From Down Under, Administrative Office and it is located at Ps Joshuas Orphanage. Ps Joshuas wife Sudha translates the English text into Telegu. There are also four people from Joshuas Church, who use a small area where they are assisting with proof reading, despatching magazines and receiving, recording and filing testimonies. Their names are: Peter, Paul, Jack and Solomon. They do not get paid for this. Everyone including Joshua and Sudha are so willing to serve. Whilst we were there, we did however bless everyone with some monies, as a labourer is worthy of his hire, however we know their true reward will come from the Lord, and He sees all things.
Meanwhile Ps Joshua and I are already believing for a Printing Press. Not only will that be cheaper and best use of the monies available, it makes available the option of being able to print the magazine in English or even other languages (the Lord knows). Everything in India is very cost efficient. A printing press would also provide training and skills for the local Church people, and also the orphanage children could also help with small tasks and earn a little pocket money. What we are saying is, the Lord has made a way, whereby He has connected us with people who are willing and available to serve the Lord to spread the gospel. Simply amazing. God is actually doing this. This is not our doing, but it is certainly marvellous in our eyes.
The Pastors are eagerly awaiting our return again in 2007, so until then, we are believing the Lord to continue to bless His people in India and give them much understanding of His Word and His ways, so His blessings can come mightily upon their lives. Amen
So may the Lord continue the work He has started in India. For His glory! Amen.
